摘要: | 在當今資訊迅速發展的時代,企業紛紛運用數位轉型技術來優化作業流程、自動化銷售、提升效率,並增強客戶體驗以促進營收。然而,過去對數位轉型成功因素的研究多侷限在單一層面,例如新技術應用與數據管理的有效性。為了全面探討數位轉型的影響,本研究採用「人員、流程、科技」框架作為理論基礎,並提出13條假設。研究回收223份問卷,透過結構方程模型進行分析。本研究聚焦於三大關鍵層面:人員層面(高階主管支持、使用者參與)、流程層面(策略一致性)、科技層面(資料品質),並將其視為協調與合作的主要預測因素。此外,專案管理被納入為調節變數,以探討其資料品質對協調與合作之間關係的影響,進而提升個人績效。本研究的學術貢獻在於識別數位轉型的關鍵成功因素,研究結果可為企業提供實務參考,幫助其成功導入數位轉型,並促使員工在企業中發揮更佳的個人績效。;In this era of rapid information development, an increasing number of enterprises are adopting digital transformation technologies to improve their operational processes, achieve sales automation, enhance efficiency, improve customer experience, and increase revenue. However, past studies on the success factors of digital transformation have been relatively limited, focusing primarily on technological dimensions such as new technologies and effective data management. To provide a more comprehensive view of the dimensions of digital transformation, this study adopts the People, Process, and Technology (PPT) framework as its theoretical foundation and proposes 13 hypotheses. A total of 223 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). This study identifies personnel factors (e.g., top management support, user participation), process factors (e.g., strategic alignment), and technology factors (e.g., data quality) as key predictors of coordination and collaboration. Additionally, it examines the moderating effect of project management on the relationship between data quality and coordination or collaboration, which subsequently influences individual performance. The primary academic contribution of this study is the identification of critical success factors for digital transformation. The findings provide practical insights to help enterprises successfully implement digital transformation initiatives and enable personnel to achieve better individual performance within the organization. |
