    摘要: 隨著時間的推移,全球範圍內對於健康的關注顯著提升,這一變化由多個關鍵因素所推動。尤其是自2019年起的COVID-19大流行,極大地提高了人們對於個人健康的關注。疫情不僅揭示了健康的重要性,也加深了人們對預防措施和風險轉移的認知。科技進步同樣在推動健康意識方面扮演了重要角色。隨著穿戴式裝置的普及,個人可以更加精確地監控自己的健康狀態,從步行步數到睡眠質量、心率乃至血糖水平,這些都可以通過科技手段輕鬆追蹤,這種即時的健康追蹤使得個人能更主動地管理自己的健康。因健康的議題的興起,保險公司也開始推出以「事前預防」為目標的外溢保單,並且外溢保單可以透過穿戴式裝置作出不同的互動以獲得更多獎勵,因為本研究重點於探討購買外溢保單意圖之影響因素。
    本研究採用問卷調查法,本研究結果發現自覺罹患性、自覺行動利益、使用態度和產品認知對購買外溢保單有正向影響,認知有用性和認知易用性對穿戴式裝置的使用態度有正向影響,但自覺嚴重性對外溢保單沒有正向影響,自覺行動障礙對購買外溢保單沒有負向影響。最後根據研究結果提出對建議,以希望未來保險公司可以更好地推動外溢保單這項商品。
    ;Over time, global attention to health has significantly increased, driven by several key factors. Particularly since the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2019, there has been a tremendous rise in awareness about personal health. The outbreak not only highlighted the importance of health but also deepened understanding of preventive measures and risk mitigation. Technological advancements have also played a crucial role in promoting health consciousness. With the proliferation of wearable devices, individuals can now monitor their health status more precisely—from steps walked to sleep quality, heart rate, and even blood sugar levels—these can all be easily tracked through technological means. This real-time health tracking enables individuals to take a more proactive approach to manage their health. With the rise in health consciousness, insurance companies have also started offering spillover policies aimed at ′prevention in advance′, and spillover policies can interact differently through wearable devices to earn more rewards, as this study focuses on exploring the factors influencing the intent to purchase spillover policies.
    This study utilized a questionnaire survey method. The results found that perceived susceptibility, perceived benefits, user attitudes, and product recognition positively affect the purchase of spillover policies. Perceived usefulness and ease of use positively influence attitudes towards using wearable devices, but perceived severity had no positive impact on spillover policies, and perceived barriers to action had no negative impact on purchasing spillover policies. Finally, based on the findings, recommendations are proposed in hopes that insurance companies can better promote spillover policies in the future.
