    Abstract: 本文是以角色扮演的方式來讓學生進行課程的試教,讓學生有在課堂上作模擬演練的機會,在研究中學生進行面對面之試教與網路之試教兩種試教方式,並將之合併使用,不僅是面對面的傳統教學,並且在課堂中利用多媒體教學系統網站(同儕式多媒體討論區)之多媒體功能進行網路教學以輔助面對面的教學以及課後即時與非即時的互動教學來加以輔助。因此本研究的目的在於瞭解兩種教學方式的結合是否可以帶給學生以及試教者有更佳的學習效果以及學習態度,以及利用網路多媒體的方式來輔助教學,增加同儕之間的互動性和學生以及在自我評量方面的態度改變,並且建立起同儕之間的學習社群以利於相互的合作性學習,最後再以試教方式來增加試教者的教學經驗。 本研究以34位教育學程的學生為研究對象,進行面對面與網路混合試教,並於學期後進行問卷調查、考試測驗,同時分析學生在即時與非即時討論區的互動,結果顯示,同學對於面對面與網路混合試教來進行教學感到滿意,並且對於此種學習方式感到有趣,也認為網路的部分可以有助於彼此間的互動。 The study use the form of role play to make practice for student teacher that can take part in teaching in the class. In this research student use Face-to-face and Web-based teaching to practice teaching for increase experience. At the process student teachers use the Peer-based Multimedia Discussion Forum to assist Face-to-face teaching and use synchronous and asynchronous interaction to give assistance. The study want to know how does the blended teaching can make students have the better learning performance and learning attitude and use the network interactive multimedia to assist teaching to increase the interaction of the students, then to construct the learning community for students to do the Collaborative Learning and at last the study want to increase the student teacher’s teaching experience.
