    摘要: 科技不斷的日新月異,如何運用科技設備輔助教學,引發學習動機,甚至增進教 學及學習成效,一直以來都是許多研究者的研究主題,而本研究欲探討運用iPod touch 為教學輔具融入在國小四年級英語教學中的成效。 本研究採準實驗研究法。以桃園縣某國小四年級,兩個班級共五十九名的學童為 研究對象。兩班英語教師和教材都相同,而實驗組運用iPod touch 教學。兩組各進行十 六堂課,研究中對兩組學童的英語學習態度與英語學習成就進行前後測,探討iPod touch 是否會影響學童的英語學習態度與學習成就。統計解釋採單因子共變數分析與討論,研 究發現如下: 一、實驗組學生於英語學習態度量表總分顯著高於接受傳統教學學生。 二、實驗組學生於英語成就測驗總分未顯著高於對照組學生。 三、實驗組學生、英語教師與實驗組導師對iPod touch 融入英語教學多持正面肯定之看 法,不僅認為iPod touch 對英語學習有所助益,且希望未來能開發依學生學習程度來設 計的iPod touch 教學課程。 研究最後並根據研究結果提出具體建議,供教師、教育單位、英語行動裝置教材 開發者及未來研究者參考。Due to the continuous progress in computer technology, it becomes the mainstream to study how to use technology-aided teaching equipment to stimulate learning motivation and enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning. This study investigated the use of iPod touch to fourth graders and its teaching effectiveness. A quasi-experimental design was used. In this study fifty-nine fourth graders from two classes in Taoyuan County were assigned to the experimental group and control group. The iPod touch-based learning activities in English curriculum was implemented in the experimental group. There were sixteen lessons on both groups. Both groups took pretest and posttest on English learning attitude and English learning achievement in this study to find out the effectiveness of ipod touch on learning attitude and learning achievement of fourth graders. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA. The results of this study were as following: The average scores in English Learning Attitude scale of experimental group students were significantly higher than the average scores of control group. The average scores in English Learning Achievement test of experimental group students were not significantly higher than the average scores of control group. The students of experimental group, the English teacher and the homeroom teacher of experimental group hold positive attitude toward integrating iPod touch-based learning activities in English curriculum. They consider integrating iPod touch-based learning activities in English curriculum is a good way to learn English. In the future, they hope more individualized iPod touch-based learning activities in English curriculum will be developed for students. According to the results, some concrete suggestions were provided for teachers, the official educational government, English mobile learning software developers and future researchers for further study.
