Abstract:	遺忘在記憶的正常運作中扮演著重要的角色。本計畫將以六個電生理以及行為實驗探討「指示遺忘效果(directed forgetting effect)」的認知歷程以及神經機制。這些實驗皆採用「項目法」研究指示遺忘的效果，在每個學習刺激出現後，受試者將被要求根據出現的線索記得或是忘記該刺激。在行為實驗中，此「項目法指示遺忘」將分別與「記得/知道程序(Remember/Know Procedure)」，「來源記憶(source memory test)」，以及「歷程解離程序(process dissociation procedure)」相結合，藉以探討遺忘指示對於清晰記憶 (recollection)以及熟悉感(familiarity)在再認記憶中的調控。在電生理實驗中則分別記錄學習階段以及測驗階段的事件相關腦電位(event-related potentials, ERPs)，而後比較這些事件相關腦電位的變化如何受到遺忘指示的影響。藉由行為指標以及電生理訊號的整合，本計畫將能幫助我們瞭解人類如何成功的記得必須記得的訊息，以及如何成功忘記必須忘記的訊息。研究期間：9608 ~ 9707
