雖然營建產業之每項工程都具有唯一性,但工程的施工程序與管理技巧卻具有共同的模式和方法,所以由過去執行的案例中所得到之經驗及知識,皆可應用於未來之個案,如何將員工累積之工作經驗與知識等高保存價值工作內容進行有系統的管理與傳承,是增加營建業競爭力的關鍵。本研究之目的為找出營建專案導入知識管理後對績效具顯著影響之高保存價值工作內容進行重要性排序與共同特性分析,以營建生命週期中規劃、設計、採購以及施工管理四個階段為研究範圍,根據營建業經驗導向的產業特性,由營造廠以及工程顧問公司曾執行過營建專案之單位作為研究樣本,採用隨機抽樣方式發放問卷,利用敘述性統計分析與獨立樣本T檢定分析該研究階段包含之工作內容導入知識管理對於績效影響之顯著性,篩選出具有較高保存價值的工作內容,並針對篩選出的項目以層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process -AHP)應用Expert Choice 2000軟體排序彼此間重要程度並分析共同特性。然而最後研究結果得到營建專案之規劃階段、設計階段、採購階段以及施工管理階段之較高保存價值工作內容以及其相對重要程度排序較高之項目及擁有之共同特性,對於往後執行專案時,若在成本、時間以及資源有限的條件下,期能作為知識管理與傳承之參考。Previous research suggested that construction industry uses relatively little formal managerial procedures when managing knowledge. Thus, implementation of knowledge management is crucial to the success of a project. This study explores the links between knowledge management and project success in detail. Identification of project success-leveraging tasks is employed as a way to gain greater understanding of the connection between implementation of knowledge management and project success. In addition, work function characteristics (WFCs) are investigated as an additional basis for gaining deeper insights into how knowledge management may influence project success. The analyses suggest that degree of knowledge management used in executing the project success-leveraging tasks has a significant impact on project success. The results also indicate that information and data intensive, work procedure-related and management-related WFCs can positively influence project success.
