在科學教育的學習活動中「科學展覽專題」(science fair project)是其中一種重要的學習方式,而根據國內相關文獻及研究調查結果,發現許多國小教師在帶領學生進行「科學展覽專題」時會面臨自己本身專業知能不足,或是相關資源與經驗不足等挑戰,有鑑於此,本研究建置「教師科展專業知識分享社群平台」,希望能促進教師專業成長。平台建置參考過去學者所提出的知識管理工具加以設計,且在平台操作模式方面,融入社群網站的概念,平台同時提供了不同的網站使用方式,讓教師能依自身需求進行選擇;於平台建置完畢後,本研究透過國小教師的協助,進行對系統初步的有用性及易用性評估,並探討系統所提供的功能對於不同背景的教師在使用上的差異。研究結果也指出受測教師對於「教師科展專業知識分享社群平台」在知覺有用性、知覺易用性及使用意願皆給予正面回饋,認為此平台提供的功能是有用且容易使用的,並可幫助教師提升其專業知能。最後,本研究依結果提出系統改善、教學實務及未來研究之建議。Science fair is one of the most common open inquiry activities which can facilitate learners to construct their science knowledge and develop science literacy in school. However, there are a great deal of difficulties and challenges in Taiwan’s education fair. Therefore, promoting teachers’ professional development in science fair instruction should be crucial. To this end, this study developed the “Teacher Science Fair Knowledge Sharing Community System” (TSFKS). After the development of the TSFKS, this study also conducted a series of online system evaluation. The participants of the system evaluation in this study were 182 elementary school teachers. The participants expressed satisfactory perceived usefulness and ease of use of the TSFKS. Also, they had high intention to use the TSFKS. Finally, suggestions and implications for teacher professional development, system design, and future work are also discussed.
