女性業務人員在銷售產品的同時,常有部份優勢在於女性有較多的配飾以及配件予以搭配。但如何的搭配對客戶而言是具有親和力、自信心但又不失專業能力並取得客戶信任?即為本研究所需探討的內容。 本研究以三種實驗架構各別以不同的配飾、配飾及上衣,對在職人士做研究調查,以形成下列研究目的: 1.探討項鏈誇張度、外套顏色、誇張妝容對女性業務人員職能特質之知覺影響。 2.探討上衣款式、手錶誇張度、外套型式對女性業務人員職能特質之知覺影響。 3.探討眼鏡款式、耳環誇張度、髮型款式對女性業務人員職能特質之知覺影響。 本研究採用實驗法,樣本資料由樣本親自填寫書面問卷獲得,以下為本研究主要研究結果: 1.女性業務人員在面對客戶時,上半身的搭配若著重在某一配飾的誇飾,則同為上半身的顏色最好以淺色系為主,以突顯誇張配飾所呈現出來的重點。 2.女性業務人員在面對客戶時,穿著花色上衣並配戴誇張手錶對職能特質有顯著的影響。 3.「眼鏡款式」、「耳環誇張度」對業務人員的職能特質無顯著影響;但倆倆交互作用對職能特質皆有顯著影響。 Female salesman usually has more advantagesthan male salesman for creating better image due to she have various accessories to fit with the outfits. However, how to use them properly to get more appetence and confidence and the trust of the customers without damaging the perception of profession was the main focus of this research. Three experiments were used to investigate the research purposes below: 1. To understand the influence on perception of competence characteristics with the exaggeration of necklace, the color of the jacket and make up of female salesman 2. To understand the influence on perception of competence characteristics with the style of the shirts, exaggeration of watches and the style of the jacket of female salesman 3. To understand the influence on perception of competence characteristics with the style of the glasses, exaggeration of earrings and hairstyle of female salesman Experimental Research is taken for this study, and samples collected by questionnaires which filled by the survey respondents. Below are the results: 1.When facing the customer, if you want to highlight particular accessory, it is better wear light color shirt for female salesman. 2.When facing the customers, it will be significant influence on the perception of competence characteristic for female salesman with colorful jacket and exaggerated watch. 3.The glasses style and exaggeration of the earrings play no impact on the perception of salesman competencecharacteristic, however the interaction of these two factor is statically significant.
