本論文研究以台灣電子產業為分析對象,採用策略管理分析中的五力分析、鑽石體系、競合策略與藍海策略等分析工具,以分析台灣電子產業外在環境與企業內部優劣勢,找出個人電腦未來所會面臨的競爭。 從本論文研究結果發現,台灣電子產業在發展的過程當中,大多是從委託代工製造起家,進而發展延伸至設計、全球運籌等。產業內競爭非常激烈。即使是台灣電子產業在全球的表現讓人眼睛為之一亮,但仍擺脫不了低毛利之宿命。 面對個人電腦的接近尾聲,台灣電子產業該如何存活?其所仰賴的核心競爭力能否繼續維持?未來競爭和發展策略為何?本論文研究經資料整理及分析後,歸納獲致三點結論: 三點結論: 1) 個人電腦的未來就是雲端服務。 2) 電子產業應建立壟斷性競爭優勢。 3) 雲端時代,服務會是王道。 Taiwan electronic industry is the main research. In research, analysis tools such as “the Five Forces of Competition”, “the Diamond System”, “Co-competition” and “Blue sea strategy” were used to analyze strength and weakness of external and internal environment, and find the development strategy for personal computer. Given the review of personal computer, it is easy to know that Taiwan electronic industry started with OEM, then revolved into ODM by stretching its value as time went by. Due to the fierce competition, it is obvious that the gross margin is getting thin for the electronic industry. Even though Taiwan electronic industry is known for its domination in this area, it does not provide Taiwan electronic industry with any advantage in terms of profit improvement. One more thing, personal computer period is almost ending. How does Taiwan electronic industry survive and do well? What will be its challenges and opportunities? With the detail data collection and analysis, there are three conclusions have been achieved as below: Three conclusions: 1) Personal computer future is Cloud Computing service. 2) Taiwan electronic industry should create a Monopolistic Competition advantage. 3) In cloud computing era, service is the king.
