    摘要: 研究期間:10108~10207;Vocabulary is the fundamental part for English learning, for learning English well, enough English vocabularies are necessary and how to apply them for conversion plays a crucial role for learning English. To enhance elementary students’ English ability, lots of studies make great effort to help build English learning context in order to promote students’ learning achievement. Some studies found that cohesive interaction between parents and teachers and parental involvement could help students’ learning achievement. Besides learning English in the school, after-school learning in the daily life can also provide vital learning opportunities. Familiar context can give learners helpful inspiration and facilitation for their applying knowledge learned in class to the context, especially for language learning, that is, the learners can use and apply the grammar and vocabulary in class to describe context. Due to the rapid development of cloud technology in recent years, many studies considered that e-readers and cloud technology could help future education; this study would combine cloud-computing-based Photo&Learning technology and multimedia annotation of e-reader and design learning activities in students’ familiar context to assist learners to learn vocabularies, phrases and sentences in real-life contexts. This research proposed a new mechanism called Photo&Learning, recognizing photos which taken by learners into vocabulary and phrase information. Our proposed system will design a variety of learning activities by using Photo&Learning to provide a suitable real-life environment for English learning and further study their effect to students’ English learning with considering the factors of parental involvement and the contextual stimulus as well.
