    Abstract: 精實生產(Lean Production)的經營理念就是要在所有的流程中找出不能產生價值的單元,予以消除或簡化,以達到最有效、最精簡的作業方式;六標準差(Six Sigma)則是大量利用統計的手法,透過專案的方式將流程中的問題予以消除或控制。將六標準差手法融入於精實生產中,就是希望精實改善方案能在統計性量化的指標控制之下,並且能兼顧流程方面的浪費排除。
    台灣的印刷電路板(Printed Circuit Board;PCB)產業,近年來由於勞力、土地與環保政策等生產因素的成本優勢逐漸流失,技術與製程能力便成為我們廠商保有競爭力的重要利基。產業技術包括產品開發技術與製程管控技術。在製程管控技術方面,通常製造一片多層板至少需要經過30幾道以上的製程,因此若能對每個製程的品質與產能有效的管控,使各個製程之間的銜接無誤差,整體製程的運作順利流暢,必然對最終產品的品質與價格競爭力莫大的助益。由於印刷電路板整體製程繁複且冗長,因此如何做好製程管控,將浪費減到最低,將製程變異降到最少,便直接影響到企業的競爭力。
    精實六標準差(Lean Six Sigma;LSS)的改善就是手法利用價值流的分析(Value Stream Mapping;VSM),減少流程中的所有浪費,加入統計手法的應用,減少流程上的變異,使產出的規格值與標準值趨於一致性,進而達到改善的目標績效。本研究希望透過實際改善專案的執行,來驗證以精實生產的理念為基礎,六標準差步驟為手段的改善手法,也就是精實六標準差(LSS)的改善方法,在一般企業有限的資源限制下,找出其改善效果成功與失敗的關鍵因素,以及如何建立一個持續有效改善的機制。
    ;The concept of “Lean Production” is to eliminate unproductive units, in order to achieve the most effective operation. The core of “Six Sigma” represents to apply extensive statistic data in a specific project to control operation problems. To target the statistic index as well as discard waste procedure are center motives of introducing Six Sigma concept into Lean production.
      Superior quality and price competitiveness can be accomplished only if every production process can be connected smoothly. As PCB production process is complicate and time consuming, how to reduce the waste and decrease variability effect company competitiveness forthrightly. The refinement of LSS (Lean Six Sigma) is to eliminate every waste in proceeding, apply statistic scheme, reduce variability of process, and then unify size and standard in order to procure development.
      I hereby apply above theory in a Printed Circuit Board production project, under the restriction of limited business resource, to work out critical issues of improvement and build up a sustained effective procedure.
