現在企業正面臨前所未有的複雜與競爭的環境,所以企業不再一手包辦所有的活動,只專注於某項核心的技術或產品。把核心的技術或產品以外的供應鏈價值創造過程,轉變成為一個經由上下游緊密的分工、合作的過程。並且運用供應鏈資訊科技力量,致力於整合性分工,確保自己是業界的第一或第二名。臺灣廠商由於規模較小,缺乏市場行銷和經營品牌知識,使得臺灣廠商的業務大都集中於產品代工製造。臺灣電腦業的供應鏈系統,因受品牌公司與關鍵零件廠商的雙邊控制與影響,而變得非常複雜。為了幫助臺灣電腦業可以成功建置此複雜供應鏈系統,探討可以建置出一個成功供應鏈網路之供應鏈整合策略,此供應鏈整合策略是如何被決定、什麼因素影響此整合策略,對臺灣廠商是很重要的。本研究運用調適性結構理論(adaptive structuration theory)來觀察、分析國際品牌公司在台灣推展其供應鏈整合資訊系統時,此公司與其導入的 12 專業代工廠之間的社會互動、群集與群體之間的交叉影響。透過探討國際品牌公司與台灣電腦代工製造商之間的供應鏈建置/整合期間,所遭遇的問題與其解決方法,歸納出有哪些因素會響供應鍊管理資訊系統成功建置,以及這些因素是如何交互影響、如何影響供應鏈建置/整合策略之供應鏈成功導入模型。最後整理出真正影響供應鏈管理資訊系統成功的15項影響因素。 ;In order to survive and grow under current competitive environment, enterprises are forced to focus on its core technology or products only. Hence, it is important for enterprises to leverage supply chain integration effort to gain agility and efficiency. The need for integration is especial eminent for Taiwan computer manufacturers. Because Taiwan computer manufacturer companies are relatively small to world wide brand owners and have became the brand owners’ Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Due to this OEM business characteristic, Taiwan computer industry’s supply chain is the most competitive and complicated environment in the world. Therefore, successful supply chain implementations model is critical to survival of Taiwan computer industry. Base on Adaptive Structuration Theory, this research is observe and analyze a well known internal own brand company’s successful supply chain integration system project. The social interaction between brand owner and 12 Taiwan OEMs during the implement project are investigated. The research finds out 15 factors that may impact the success of supply chain implementation.
