    Title: 職場女性藉由休閒參與創造第二專長之偏好研究

    Abstract: 隨著經濟與生活水平不斷提升,女性在職場上的勢力越來越不容忽視,而女性職涯生活中,又會面臨婚姻、生育等背景因素變化之鉅大影響。本研究旨在探討職場女性對第二專長之偏好現況與各種不同背景因素與工作滿意度及動機對第二專長之偏好是否有不同。
    1.目前職場女性偏好之第二專長前三名為: 語言學習類型,中餐烹調、烘焙食品等類型與在職專班、學分班、社區大學班等類型。
    2. 不同的背景條件因素,是會影響職場女性偏好之第二專長類型。
    3. 不同的工作滿意度,是會影響職場女性偏好之第二專長類型。
    ;With the rising of economy and living standards, women forces in the workplace are more and more powerful. But in career life, they also need to suffer enormous changes during marriage, birth or other factors that came from the family than a man. This study aimed to investigate the status of employed women preferences for the second expertise with a variety of different backgrounds factors, job satisfactions and to see if different motivation causes the different preference of the second expertise.
    Study subjects are employed women with learning experience, conducted a questionnaire survey. Using Correspondence Analysis and Cluster Analysis to make the comparison of each background factors, different job satisfactions and also different motivations.
    The findings in the study were as following:
    1. Top three preferred second specialties for employed woman are: language learning classes, cooking and baking classes and continuing educating college classes.
    2. Different background will affect a employed woman’s decision of second specialty.
    3. Different job satisfaction will also affect a employed woman’s preferred type of second specialty.
    4. Different selection motivation also affects a career woman’s preferred type of second specialty.
    In the final, based on the conclusions of this study, some suggestions are made for the Industry, government agencies, vocational training institutions and future researchers.
