    Abstract: 二十一世紀IT電子消費產品,琳瑯滿目,其生命周期日漸縮短,產品的零組件,大部分零件來自於中國大陸或台灣,但有些主要的零組件,卻來自於歐美國家,如筆記本的心臟CPU、網通產品的IC同樣來自美國,其交期至少也要4周至12 周左右,這些長交期的的物料需要備多少,才能滿足客戶需求?零組件的種類除了多之外,相對地針對進口物料供應的是否即時,也會影響到客戶的銷售,客戶最在意的則是不缺貨且沒有存貨壓力,同時工廠亦需要控制存貨成本,故此議題,不僅影響到客戶的營銷,且影響了工廠的存貨周轉,故在長周期的物料應該如何的管控。故針對網通產品的長周期的供料模式更進一步的研究與改善,將有助於相近長周期物料產業的市場競爭環境下生存發展。
    隨著電腦資訊科技的進步與精實生產持續改善的應用,物料的供應管理亦演變改善,從早期的大量的物料管理需求,需要計算機的快速運算的MRP與MRPⅡ,與隨著需求式導向的拉式製造的(Just In Time, JIT),與認為影響整體效益是在瓶頸的限制理論(Theory of Constraints, TOC)。
    本研究乃藉由對個案公司多年來在長交期的補貨下單改善研究,以探討物料供應可以滿足供應不缺貨,且能滿足工廠存貨周轉,以期將研究結果推展應用於相似產業的物料供應,所得結論如下:
    (1)後拉式補貨紅黃綠庫存管理持續改善
    (2)教育訓練強化持續實施。;In 21st century, IT electronic consumer products iswide and variety, and thelife cycle is shortened. It most components of the product supply from the mainland China or Taiwan, but some of the main components from the European and American countries, such as CPU, NetCom products IC also comes from the United States, the delivery date at least 4 weeks to 12 weeks. The long lead timesupply, Can meet customer? In addition to the many different kinds of parts, relatively whether instant on imported material supply. It will affect the customer′s sales, customer the most care about is not out of stock and no inventory pressure, at the same time, the factory also need to control inventory turnover. How to control the long period of material?How to improvement long lead time materials supply?It is helpful for the sustainable development of the enterprise in competition marking.
    With the development of computer information technology and the application of lean manufacturing continuous improvement, also developed to improve the supply of materials management, from the early large amounts of material management requirements, need computer fast arithmetic of MRP and MRP Ⅱ, and type of demand pull manufacturing (Just In Time, JIT), and the (Theory of Constrains, TOC)thatthe bottleneck limit system.
    This research is by the case company for many years in the long period of replenishment order to improve the research, to discuss the material supply can satisfy supply is out of stock, and can meet the factory inventory, in order to apply the results promote in similar industry material supply, the conclusions are as follows:
    (1) Improvement pull in supply by red, green and yellow stock control system.
    (2) Strengthening continuous education training implementation.
