Purchasing this type of products will definitely undergo a serious process of scrutiny. Yet it also means an opportunity of market expansion for electric scooters. This study, which takes an example of a company that introduces electric scooters into logistics delivery, sets a benchmark of market exploitation. It should be noted that the example discussed in this study may not be applicable to all cases. Satisfying individual customers’ needs is the only solution instead. This study investigates the process of a case company introducing electric scooters into corporations and commercial market. It analyzes how products are improved based on customers’ needs and accepted successfully by logistics delivery partners. The study is expected to make contributions to the expansion of electric scooter commercial market. Conclusions are made as follows: (1) The approach for making electric scooters more competitive than gas scooters in commercial market. (2) The approach for launching electric scooters successfully in commercial market. (3) The approach for expanding electric scooter commercial market.
