摘要 由於資訊科技及網際網路技術的進步,讓電子商務可以蓬勃發展,漸漸地開始改變傳統的交易模式。而行動裝置的發明及普及,如:智慧型手機或平板電腦等等,讓消費者的購物方式不再受到時間及地點的限制。因為電子商務應用的領域逐漸擴大,服務訊息傳遞快速,加上商業模式的不斷創新,讓企業可以透過電子商務的經營模式接觸到更多的客戶。藉著發展電子商務,幫助企業降低存貨成本,同時增加營運的銷貨利益。 本研究以一美國電腦零組件組裝公司為個案進行探討,透過文獻回顧及資料的蒐集,針對個案公司導入電子商務對經營績效的影響,透過SWOT分析及五力分析知道個案公司的經營策略。 本研究歸納出個案公司發展電子商務的優勢條件,可以再加上學習成功的電子商務公司的關鍵成功因素,提供個案公司未來的營運建議。 ;ABSTRACT As the progress of information technology and Internet technology, so that e-commerce can flourish, and gradually began to change the traditional trading model. The invention and popularity of mobile devices, such as smart phones or tablet PCs, etc., so that consumers are no longer subject to time and place of the restrictions. Because the field of e-commerce applications expanded gradually, service information delivered fast, coupled with the continuous innovation of business models, so that enterprises can be through e-commerce business model access to more customers. Through the development of e-commerce, to help enterprises reduce inventory costs and increasing the operating revenue of sales. This study will be through the literature review and data collection of a computer components assembling company in American to analysis the influence of implementing the E-commerce on business performance and explore the business strategy of the case company through SWOT analysis and five-force analysis. This study summarizes the advantages of the case company in developing E-commerce and can add learning key success factors of successful E-commerce companies to provide future business proposals for the case company.
