摘要: | 台灣面對產業升級和轉型的迫切需求,再加上全球化競爭下產品生命週期縮短、多樣少量、快速交貨…等各式的壓力下,精實生產(Lean Production)受到許多製造業的重視成為一項重要的管理議題,許多企業莫不希望藉由精實生產的實施或導入,期望發掘出和改善傳統生產的盲點,消除流程中的浪費,減少不必要的投入,以強化整體生產模式的能力。 本研究以電子製造代工產業生產流程之探討的對象,並運用了精實生產分析手法,說明在少量多樣的生產模式中製造優勢有品質、交期、成本、彈性四個衡量構面,是整體製造業的必備、共通的主要條件,少量多樣的生產環境則必須更仰賴多能工、頻繁接受急單與插單的能力、彈性製造之應變、安排及管控與整體生產流程品質之掌控,才有能力接受少量多樣的考驗與真正達到預期的製造績效與獲利。;Taiwan faces the urgent need for industrial upgrading and transformation, coupled with the globalization of competition under the product life cycle shortened, diversified small, fast delivery. Under all kinds of pressure, Lean Production has become an important management issue valued by many manufacturing industries, many enterprises do not want to use the implementation or import of refined production, hoping to explore and improve the blind spot of traditional production, eliminate waste in the process, reduce unnecessary input, in order to strengthen the overall production model of capacity. This study takes the object of the electronic manufacturing contract industry production process, and uses the refined production analysis technique to show that in a small number of different production models, manufacturing advantages have quality, delivery, cost, elasticity four measurement surface, is the main condition of the overall manufacturing industry, common key conditions, a small number of diverse production environment must rely more on multi-capacity, frequently accept the ability of emergency and insert, elastic manufacturing strain, arrangement and overall production process control. to be able to withstand a small variety of tests and truly achieve the expected manufacturing performance and profitability. |
