    Title: 運用假字認讀的桌遊進行英文拼讀練習之探究;Research on Phonics Practice with Pseudoword Board Games

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討運用「假字認讀桌遊」(Pseudoword Phonics Board Games, PPBG)進行英文拼讀練習對學生的學習成績學習態度之影響,並且分析、了解學生運用PPBG進行拼讀練習後英語學習成績、接受程度及英語學習態度,以及在三個發音教學階段所使用PPBG之教學流程。本研究的參與對象為78名國小六年級學童,最後收回有效問卷及成績分析者為68人,PPBG活動共進行三個桌遊歷時10週。透過教師自行編纂的前測、後測以及學習態度問卷等研究工具進行資料蒐集,並利用學生前測及後測之學習資料進行分析。

    本研究結論共有以下三點
    1. 低成就學生使用假字認讀桌遊(PPBG)學習對學業成績影響進步最多。
    2. 學生對於桌遊融入教學持正面的看法,認為可以提升學習興趣,也願意將英語運用於生活當中。
    3. PPBG教學過程中學生的分組可採異質分組及同質分組並行於課堂之中,讓學生可以跟不同程度的組員一起練習,也讓教師有時間可以單獨指導。
    ;The study use Pseudoword Phonics Board Games (PPBG) to explore the effects and learning attitude in English. There were seventy-eight sixth graders participated in the research, the valid sample were sixty-eight students. There were three parts in the PPBG and the total teaching process lasting for 10 weeks. The analysis based on students’ pre-tests, post-tests and questionnaire of learning attitude. The teacher as a researcher kept on collecting observing students’ learning, teaching processes then applied the teaching modification when every circles end.
    The results of the study as follow:
    1. Underachievers can have more progress through PPBG.
    2. Students showed positive attitudes and preference for learning English from PPBG and willing to use English more in their daily life.
    3. Students can practice with teammates in different level through heterogeneous and homogeneous grouping in PPBG.
