;Tourism is the main source of Taiwan′s economy. The National Tourism Administration is committed to promoting the transformation of Taiwan′s tourism industry, developing local tourist attractions, guiding value-added and smart tourism applications, promoting caring tourism and green transportation, etc., and promotes Taiwan′s tourism international competitiveness with the call of quality and brand. After 106 years, the government will promote a diversified southward policy, analyze the relevant regulations and statistics of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation, or the research report data provided by various research institutions, and discuss the current status of the hotel industry in Taiwan and financial report analysis. This paper will use questionnaire surveys to understand the important factors that consumers consider before booking a hotel and verify the strategy of Green World Hotel Group. The proposed research framework will be used to analyze individual cases and understand how the hotel’s policies can stand out in this environment. It is hoped that the research results can be provided for reference during the planning and operation of relevant hotel operators.
