    Abstract: 本計畫探討薪資差距如何透過員工誘因而影響企業創新;董事、高階主管和基層員工薪資成長之不對稱性;並檢視COVID-19疫情前後,企業薪資政策之調整,及對其後續績效的影響。實證結果將對公司薪酬政策、企業創新與績效具有重要的意涵。
