    Title: 企業休閒活動規劃管理、員工休閒活動參與及工作壓力之關聯;Exploring the relationships among the management of corporate-sponsored leisure activities, employee leisure activities participation and work stress

    Abstract: 現今企業多建置相關休閒福利措施,以期望員工可以降低工作壓力,本研究探
    討:(1)休閒活動之溝通、活動規劃之意見參與及知覺主管支持與員工參與休閒活動程
    度之關聯性;(2)員工參與休閒活動程度及工作壓力之關聯性。
    本研究以2 家公司的員工進行問卷調查,發出350 份問卷並回收308 份,最後以
    260 份有效樣本進行迴歸分析,其結果發現:
    1. 休閒活動之溝通及員工參與休閒活動程度具有正向之關聯性
    2. 活動規劃之意見參與及員工參與休閒活動程度具有正向之關聯性
    3. 知覺主管支持及員工參與休閒活動程度具有正向之關聯性
    4. 員工參與休閒活動程度及工作壓力有負向之關聯性;Companies have established more benefits of leisure activity and expect employees to reduce
    their work stress. This study explores: (1)The relationship between communication、
    participation、perceived supervisor support and employee’s involvement of leisure activity.
    (2) The relationship between employee’s involvement of leisure activity and work stress.
    In this study,350 questionnaires were delivered from employees of two companies,and
    308 were received. Finally, 260 questionnaires were used for regression analysis. The results
    showed that:
    1. The communication and employee involvement of leisure activities are positively related.
    2. The participation and employee involvement of leisure activities are positively related.
    3. Perceived supervisor support and employee involvement of leisure activities are positively
    related.
    4. employee involvement of leisure activities and work stress are negatively related
