金融科技的興起及3C時代的來臨，對傳統銀行服務模式帶來衝擊及產業革新，加上金融監督管理委員會於2019年7月30日宣布釋放三張純網銀執照，使得傳統銀行意識到必須要積極轉型，才能順應時代變化；第一商業銀行雖為百年老店，但近年來已在數位金融發展上投入大量人力及資源，而樂天為三家純網銀中預計最先開業且在日本成功的純網銀業者，因此各選定為傳統銀行及純網銀代表進行研究；純網銀以資訊技術打造金融服務，提供客戶多元化商品，這對第一商業銀行等傳統銀行認知到，優化金融服務及加強數位通路是非常必要的；而過去第一商業銀行發生ATM駭客事件以及純網銀帶來網路交易的高便利性，使得第一商業銀行在資安控管上更加謹慎及重視。希望透過本研究結果，能提供第一商業銀行日後經營策略調整方向及建議，也盼能提供其他銀行業者面臨金融創新時代來臨轉型之參考。;The rise of financial technology and the advent of the 3C era have had an impact on traditional banking service models and industrial innovation.
