    Abstract: 面對台灣企業的快速國際化布局腳步,人才的外派意願卻不高,目前實務界對於如何有效運用非財務獎酬來招聘、激勵和留住外派人員的認知依舊偏少。本計畫希望透過連結個別協議和外派管理兩個領域的文獻,提供企業和學者如何更有效使用財務與非財務獎酬,做為外派管理關鍵成功因素的實證建議。
