    Title: 工作輪調對組織承諾之影響-以知覺組織支持與工作滿意度為序列中介變項

    Abstract: 本研究的主要目的是探討工作輪調對組織承諾的影響,以及知覺組織支援與工作滿意度為序列中介變項,本研究對像是台灣地區目前已經具有相關工作輪調機制或已經進行工作輪調的正職工作者。本研究透過便利抽樣及網路問卷匿名調查方式進行研究樣本的取樣作業,問卷調查自2023年12月22日開始,2024年元月22日結束,總共回收406份有效問卷。研究結果顯示:(1)工作輪調會正向影響組織承諾;(2)工作輪調會正向影響知覺組織支持;(3)工作輪調會正向影響工作滿意度;(4)知覺組織支持會正向影響工作滿意度;(5)知覺組織支持會正向影響組織承諾;(6)工作滿意度會正向影響組織承諾;(7)知覺組織支持及工作滿意度會序列中介工作輪調對於組織承諾的影響。;The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of full-time employees’ job rotation on organizational commitment, as well as the sequential mediating variables of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. This study targeted on subjects of full-time employees in Taiwan who already have a relevant job rotation mechanism or have undergone job rotation. Furthermore, this study adopted convenience sampling and online survey to collect research data. The questionnaire survey period of this study was from December 22, 2023 to January 22, 2024. After eliminating invalid questionnaires, a total 406 questionnaires of them were valid. The results of the study found that: (1) job rotation has a positive effect on organizational commitment; (2) job rotation has a positive effect on perceived organizational support; (3) job rotation has a positive effect on job satisfaction; (4) perceived organizational support has a positive effect on job satisfaction; (5) perceived organizational support has a positive effect on organizational commitment; (6) job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment; (7) job rotation has a positive effect on organizational commitment, and perceived organizational support and job satisfaction have a sequential mediating effect on this relationship.
