餐旅業是一個視技能、經歷為重的產業,為使學校培育之餐旅人才符合業界所需,加強學校與業界間的關係,建教合作制度成為一種兼具學術與經歷的職業教育制度。其三個關鍵主體分別為:業界、學校及建教合作生。 本研究以就讀餐旅管理系且已完成實習的應屆畢業生為研究對象,探討其建教合作措施實習滿意度對未來從事餐旅業的影響。主要研究目的在於探討在實習過程中,業界及學校所提供之建教合作措施現況。藉由建教合作生對建教合作實習滿意度的了解,提供業界建教合作措施的參考。並探討餐旅科系學生於實習時之經歷對其未來從事餐旅業意願的關聯性。 本研究發現如下: 一、 在不考慮家長支持度的干擾效果時,業界提供之工作內容與實習安排的實習滿意度對建教合作生未來從事餐旅業意願的影響效果最大,其次是領導與管理風格。 二、事業單位在提供建教合作措施時,主管應多重視建教合作生的實習狀況並多予鼓勵,且應致力於加強實習工作的內容與安排,如此有助於建教合作生在畢業後提升未來從事餐旅行業的意願。 三、在考慮家長支持度的干擾效果時,高家長支持度的族群在領導與管理風格和學校建教合作措施之實習滿意度對未來從事餐旅意願影響的干擾效果顯著且較大。 Skills and experiences are the most important criteria in hotel industry. In order to properly prepare and train the right personnel for hotel operations, internship program has become a critical element to successful collaboration of hotels, schools and students. This research is a continuation of previous efforts to understand the relationship between internship satisfaction and willingness to work in the hospitality industry. The purpose of the research is to examine the relationship between internship conditions and internship satisfaction in order to recommend changes that may further improve internship policies. Furthermore, the potential effects of intern experience on future willingness to work in the hospitality industry are also examined. Three hypotheses are proposed in this research: 1.Irrespective of parents support, the satisfaction of job tasks and intern arrangement has dominant influence on willingness to work in the hospitality industry. 2.When providing internship programs, management’s emphases on the work conditions of the interns and the contents of the programs, coupled with appropriate encouragement, would increase the willingness to work in the hospitality industry. 3.In considering parents support, parents who are highly supportive have a greater impact on the interns’ satisfaction and willingness to work in the hospitality industry than those who are not as supportive.
