本研究主要目的在於探討個案公司營業員之核心職能與工作績效表現之相關性,運用個案公司92年建立核心職能常模時,營業員的核心職能測驗分數與93年度年度績效、業績成績與職場行為考核分數作分析,並採用項目與信度分析、T 檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、多元迴歸分析等統計方法來了解不同核心職能力與營業員之工作績效相關性,希望藉由本研究之實證結果,以提供個案公司之人力資源管理之用,其研究結果如下: 一、核心職能構面中,「工作熱忱」、「企圖心」皆對營業員工作績效、業績成績,具顯著影響力,亦即工作熱忱與企圖心的職能構面分數愈高的營業員,其工作績效愈佳。「工作熱忱」對營業員職場行為具顯著影響力,亦即工作熱忱職能構面分數愈高的營業員,其職場行為愈佳。 二、人口統計變項中,「北區」、「中區」、「組長」、「一般員」及「性別」,對營業員工作績效具顯著影響力。「北區」、「組長」、「一般員」、「性別」及「業務年資」,對營業員業績成績具顯著影響力。「中區」、「性別」及「受教育年數」,對營業員職場行為具顯著影響力。 This research aims to know the relativity of the core competency and work performance of the case company's Securities Agent. Adopt the case company build up norm of core competency test score in 2003, analyze the score of the core competency test and the 93's year work performance、accomplishment and Work behavior by statistics method like item and reliability analysis、T-test、one way anava、correlation analysis and multiple regression and find out the relativity of the core competency and work performance of the case company's Securities Agent. We think that the result of this research can provide HR department suggestions to management employee in a proper way. The results are as follows: 1、In core competency variable“Work enthusiasm”and “ambitiousness”have significant affect on dependent variable “Work performance”and “Accomplishment”,it means more Work enthusiasm and ambitiousness securities agent have, they have better Work performance and Accomplishment. In core competency variable“Work enthusiasm”have significant affect on dependent variable“Work behavior”, it means more Work enthusiasm securities agent have, they have better Work behavior. 2、In personal variable “Work location”、“Work position”and “Gender” have significant affect on dependent variable “Work performance”,“Work location”、“Work position”、“Gender” and“Agent seniority” have significant affect on dependent variable “Accomplishment”,Work location”、“Gender” and“educated seniority” have significant affect on dependent variable “Work behavior”.
