人力資源人員在企業中所扮演的角色與功能,常隨企業最高階領導者的認知與期待有所差異,因而影響人力資源部門的運作方式與發展,並進而影響人力資源人員的角色與任務。近年來,隨著企業營運體系與組織架構的改變,企業對內部人力資源部門所要求的功能與任務漸趨多元化,因此,人力資源人員在企業內所扮演的角色,也已漸漸改變。 過去在人力資源管理的研究中,由於對於跨部門服務之人力資源人員之工作探討較少,因此本研究結合跨部門服務之人力資源角色與職責相關文獻與個案公司議題專家訪談資料,進行分析以瞭解企業人力資源跨部門服務人員之職務內容、職能與角色。 本研究結果發現,人力資源跨部門服務HR人員應扮演之角色有四項、應具備之職能有二十八項、應擔任之主要工作任務有三十一項。 CEO’s perception and expectation, which makes a big difference on the operation and development of human resource division , and furthermore, influences the role play of human resource professionals. Recently, the transformation of operation system and organization structure in enterprises requires its human resource division to be diversified both in functions and tasks. Therefore, the role of human resource professionals has varied step by step. Because hardly did old researches make an overall discussion upon the essence and ability of HR officers that they work for other divisions, our research analyzes what old researches lacks by collecting the refercnces of HR roles, obligation and experts interview of individual cases for complete understanding. The findings indicates that HR Account Officers are supposed to play 4 kinds of roles, 28 professional abilities and 31 primary tasks on related field.
