三十六計是將中國固有管理思想,應用於實際生活中的最高藝術。兵經乃我國眾兵家典籍之中,堪稱最詳盡備實之作。近來古籍今用之風日盛,眾多學者與實務界人士,將三十六計之理論與觀念,應用於商場競爭之中。因此,有必要探討三十六計之內隱策略管理思想。 本研究旨在探討三十六計中所隱含之策略管理思想,及其情境因素。本文首先以兵經為依循理論,經詳述分析之後,重新編寫出實用的新型態架構模式,就架構中之要項原則,分別加以探討。而後再與三十六計的管理思想內容作一分析比對工作,盼能從中探究出一些可遵循的原則,發掘出三十六計所隱涵之策略管理思想。最後,以時人最耳熟能響的三國故事作為引例,再輔以如今時尚業界的公司個案說明方式,提供一套嶄新的三十六計詮釋。 “The 36 Schemes” (三十六計) is the highest level art using classic Chinese management thought in our real life. And “Military Bible”(兵經) is almost the most elaborate military one in all the outstanding military books in China. Recently, old theories were used today; many scholars and business practices have applied the theories and concepts of “The 36 Schemes” to explain business competition. Hence, it’s necessary to investigate strategy management thought in “The 36 Schemes”. This study focuses on the concept of strategy management thought, and contingency factors. After the elaborate explanations and analysis, rewrite the practical, brand-new framework and model, a framework of “Military Bible” strategy management thought were proposed. Really hope to find the guide principle, and potential strategy management thought. At last, give all the schemes a suitable three-kingdoms history stories, and case of enterprises, to support a fresh “The 36 Schemes” explanations.
