Abstract:	本研究以三家台灣的服務企業為例，透過與中華航空公司、六福村主題樂園和中壢中信大飯店相關人士的訪談來研究服務業對於供給與需求不平衡的因應方式。本研究利用服務過程矩陣將服務業分成四個種類，並只針對於服務工廠這一種分類來做研究，探討服務工廠這種服務業中不同類型的企業有何不同的因應方式，並研究台灣的服務業是否發展出對於供需不平衡嶄新的解決方式。研究結果顯示目前研究的個案中並沒有發展出新的因應之道，但在不同類型的企業中仍然存在著不同的因應方式。
