以警察為研究對象,本研究以便利抽樣方式進行資料蒐集,探討人格特質與工作壓力對於組織成員組織公民行為的影響,並討論工作投入的中介影響效果。研究結果發現個體之人格特質會經由工作投入的中介,影響個體展現組織公民行為的程度。又由於警察樣本的特殊性,本研究發現工作壓力與工作投入的關係異於過去的實證與本研究之假設,針對此提出解釋並提供管理上的意涵與未來研究的建議。 This study investigated the effects of personality traits and job stress on police officers’ organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). It was found that individual’s personality traits would have positive effects on his/her OCB with the mediation of job involvement. Due to the uniqueness of the sample, job stress was found to be positively related to job involvement in this study. Explanations and future research suggestions were thus provided.
