摘要:	行政院於2002年所通過的「挑戰二00八」國家發展計畫中，其中最受人重視的是建設「數位台灣」策略中的「兩兆雙星」目標。意義為半導體與液晶顯示器產值超過一億台幣，另外要提升「數位內容」與「生物科技」兩項新興產業。由於數位內容產業會關係到我們的教育、音樂、文化、出版等等產業的動向，其為一個重要的目標。而數位內容產業的內容通路業者，在產業供應鏈上扮演著重要的角色，本研究將以長尾理論的觀點探討其所需要注意、關切的議題，並給予內容通路業者經營方向的建議。 “Challenge 2008” –the national development plan passed by the Executive Council in 2002. "Two Trillion" refers to the semiconductors and display industry surmounting 1trillion NT dollars. And "Twin Stars" are "BioTechnology" and "Digital Content" industries. As "Digital Content" industry encompasses the development of the knowledge economy and acts as indicator for the Digital economy, and also relates to the movement of other industries like education, music, culture, publishing, etc, it is a more prominent goal. Content Distributors play a critical role in the digital content industry.our research probe into the concern issue of content Distributors. And we will offer some conduct to content Distributors.
