    Abstract: TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display)製造業中資材成本佔總營運成本的60%,彩色濾光片(Color Filter, CF)製造在該產業中佔材料成本比重相當高,為其一關鍵原物料,且其生產所需原料有不同前置期與保存期限等的特性,再加上各關鍵零組件的供應市場呈寡佔情形,使得生產受限於資材供應。使該產業須特別重視生產計畫與資材規劃之協調。於是本研究以MRP II之觀念以彩色濾光片製造為研究對象,探討資材規劃之方法。 本研究以生產企劃部門中期營運計畫為觀點,建立考量上游供應商供應能量、材料保存限制及生產基地之技術限制與產能的限制,目標式為平均庫存最小之量化模型。並提出一個啟發式演算法,以處理彩色濾光片製造業之生產部門及採購部門間協調的問題。並以數值算例作演算法與最佳解之差異分析比較,驗證解法之可行性。 The material cost accounts 60% of the total cost in the TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) industry. The material of Color Filter (CF), which is a critical component of TFT-LCD and regarded as a very high share of the material cost, possesses the attributes of various set-up periods and expiration periods. Together with the oligopoly situation in the market of the critical components, the production of TFT-LCD is limited by its material supply. Therefore production planning and material requirement planning are seriously emphasized. Thereby this research targets the manufacture of CF and discusses its material requirement planning. Taking the mid-term orientation of a manufacture planning department, this research establishes the constraints that consider the up-stream supplier capacity, the material expiration, factory technology and productivity, and the objective function that examines minimum average inventory. It also proposes a heuristic algorithm to tackle the coordination problems between the manufacture department and the purchase department in the CF industry. Finally, the numeric examples are applied to contrast the outcomes of the algorithm and the optimized solution, so that the verification of the algorithm is able to derive.
