過去有關創業管理之相關研究通常探討對象為實體企業,但在電子商務蓬勃發展以及創立網路商店之門檻較低下,網路商店成為創業者建立其新事業的第一步。本研究旨在分析網路商店創業模式對創業精神、創業動機與經營績效之影響。期望能透過對網路商店的研究,了解網路創業者其創業精神與創業動機對經營績效的影響,並探討網路商店開設先後順序,即先擁有實體創業經驗者或先擁有網路創業經驗者是否在創業精神、創業動機與經營績效上有顯著差異。 本研究以開設在Yahoo!奇摩網站超級商城的網路商店為樣本對象,並以在網路商城中販賣3C產品、精品服飾與美容保健產品之網路商店為主要問卷發放者。總計發放343份問卷,有效回收樣本為91份。並將樣本進一步進行相關分析、迴歸分析與單因子變異數檢定,對本研究假設進行驗證。 結果顯示,網路創業家之創業精神對經營績效有顯著影響效果,創業動機對經營績效也具有顯著影響效果,創業家的性別、過去工作經驗與過去創業經驗在創業精神上有顯著差異。並發現網路商店之創業模式對創業精神與經營績效之關聯性有顯著影響,但對創業動機與經營績效之關聯性則無顯著影響。 During the past, the related researches about entrepreneurial management usually focus on the real businesses. Recently, internet shops have become the entrepreneur’s first step of start-up because of the flourish spreading of E-commerce and the lower barriers to form the new internet shops. The main purpose of this study is to find out the releationship between enterprenerial, enterprenerial motivation and enterprenerial performance. Furthermore, we expect to explore whether the different types of business model of internet shops will affect the relationship among those three dimensions. 343 questionnaires were sent to the internet shops that founded on the Yahoo! Kimo website including 3C products, cloth and cosmetics. In the total of 343 questionnaires, 91 were returned effectively. By using the statistic technics include correlation analysis, regression analysis and one-way ANOVA test to examine the hypothesis of this study. According to the result, entreprenerial has significant effect on entreprenerial performance. Enterprenerial motivation also has significant effect on entreprenerial performance. The gender, working experiences and other entreprenerial experiences of entrepreneur have significant differences on entreprenerial. In addition, the business model has significant effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial and performance. However, the business model has no significant effect on the relationship between enrepreneurial motivation and performance.
