Abstract:	現今產業環境的變動愈來愈劇烈，而要如何因應環境的變化並能持續維持競爭優勢，企業的經營模式必須有一套應變方式，因此經營模式的創新成為國內外企業最關心的議題之一。經營模式是由許多經營活動所組成的整體系統，經營活動之間的互賴作用與契合程度呈現出複雜的面貌，因此企業須尋找經營活動，形成符合組織特性的經營模式，是本研究探討的重點。在研究方法方面，本研究運用紮根理論的研究方法，透過對訪談個案文本的紮根編碼，並配合Nvivo、Pajek、Ucinet等分析軟體，結合學理、實證案例與軟體的運用，建立起本研究的分析方法。本研究首先利用社會科學中的網路分析技術，探討經營活動個別的影響力，接著運用NK model所延伸出的觀念，發展出衡量整體經營模式適配度的指標。根據上述理論來檢視經營模式的關鍵活動，以及經營模式中重要的結構，並嘗試萃取出一些概念性的主題，形成由不同的活動系統所構成的經營模式設計五大主題，提供企業可以參考的經營模式的改善步驟與程序。 Industrial environment nowadays is moving rapidly. There is a way in a business model of the enterprise to response to the change of the environment and sustain their competitive advantage, therefore, business model innovation has become one of issues that enterprises pay most attention to. Business model is an integral system which is composed of various operational activities. The interdependence and fitness between operational activities are complicated; hence, the main purpose in this research is to look for operational activities that will form a special business model. This research used grounded analysis with Nvivo, Pajek and Ucinet software. Therefore, this research combined theoretical and empirical way to construct the analysis method. First, this research used networks analysis technique to discuss the influence of operational activities, then, used NK model to develop the index of measuring integral business model fitness. According to theories mentioned above, we could survey the critical operational activities and important structures in a business model, then, try to extract conceptual themes to form five designed themes of a business model. It could provide enterprises improved processes and steps of the business model.
