由於經營模式涉及一系列具有特定主題性之活動的互動，而非僅是個別活動的疊加，因此經營模式之創新必須考慮經營活動彼此之間的相互契合；然而即使了解活動相互契合的重要性，現階段仍缺少對經營活動適配程度的衡量基準。 本研究嘗試以Siggelkow以及Axelrod對於組合適配績效的討論作為基礎，結合Bonacich Power Centrality作為活動影響力評估指標，以數量化的方式建構衡量活動間整體適配程度的指標，並依此篩選出經營模式之中的關鍵活動；同時觀察這些關鍵活動的聯繫結構，以紮根研究中模型化的方式精鍊出不同主題的活動模組。 而進一步這些活動模組的聯繫關係予以整合，可形成五個傳導錐的運作模型。本研究嘗試利用此傳導錐體模型分析躍獅公司的經營模式，並根據個模組的核心結構、上游與下游流域活動進行補綴與稠密化的改善程序。 Since business mode involves a series interaction between activities with specific themes instead of just stacking up singular activities, the fitness in business activities constitution must be considered in business model innovation. However even the importance of fitness in activities constitution is be understood, there are still lacking in measure ways of fitness in business activities constitution. Here, this study aims to find the key activities in business model by trying on the basis of Siggelkow and Axelrod’s discussion on performance of fitness in activities constitution combined with Bonacich Power Centrality as the evaluation norm for the influence of an activity. By constructing a quantitative way to measure the overall compatibility between activities, at the same time, we shall be observing the linking structure of these key activities, and extract business models with different themes through grounded study. Further integration of the linking relations of these activity modes will form into five active models of conduction cone. This study tries to analyze the business model of YAOX Edutainment Co., Ltd. by using the conduction model, and improve the procedures in the upper, core, and lower reaches according to the core structure of this model.
