軟體工程的測量被標準化到今日已超過三十年,而軟體品質的測量在現今資訊多元化的社會中也越來越加重要。資訊開發商要維持本身的競爭優勢,就必須要重視軟體開發的品質。首先,本文提出以模糊分析網路程序法(Fuzzy analytic network process; fuzzy ANP)與缺口模式( Gap model)為基礎,在開發者的預期與使用者的感覺之間的一套品質測量模式。並且,本文以數位監控系統的個案為例來驗證所提出的測量模式。另外,一種新奇的模糊權重計算的方法也在這裡被提出,模糊多準則決策方法(fuzzy multi-criteria decision making; FMCDM)解決了決策者在評估時的模糊性和不確定性。重要的是,被提議的方法可以幫助決策者或管理者評估與測量資訊系統或軟體的品質,並且爲學術與實務界帶來價值。 Software engineering measurement has received considerable attention for more than three decades. Quality software products are increasingly important in today’s computerized society. Developing an information system is a complex and difficult task, and explains why firms must maintain software quality to gain competitive advantage. This study proposed the fuzzy analytical network process (ANP) and gap models to measure information systems or software quality based on developer expectations and end-user perceptions. The applicability of is demonstrated via a case study that summarizes an intervention applied to the model framework as well as basic concepts of fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making (FMCDM) with gap model. Therefore, this study proposed a model for controlling and measuring an information system or software quality during the development of an information system or software. A novel fuzzy prioritization method, which derives crisp priorities (criteria weights and scores of alternatives) from consistent and inconsistent fuzzy comparison matrices, is also proposed. Importantly, the proposed model provides reference material for decision-makers and administrators; thus, it is highly applicable for academic and management purposes.
