許多專家學者推測新的一波經濟成長將由綠色能源為首的綠色經濟啟動,由於綠色產業為一新興領域,各國政府及企業正積極尋找促進競爭優勢的利器,具有綠色環保意識相關工作價值觀的個體對發展綠色經濟及提升企業競爭力有莫大的助益。故本研究旨在探討台灣年輕學子的綠色工作價值觀,以及其綠色工作價值觀對工作選擇的影響。 本研究以中央大學及成功大學學生為研究對象,採用Dunlap及Van Liere在1978年發展的量表(The New Environmental Paradigm)為綠色工作價值觀問卷,回收607份有效問卷,透過平均數差異分析及迴歸分析得知年齡會影響個體的綠色工作價值觀,即年紀越輕越具有保護自然環境及地球永續發展意識,以及環保議題接觸較多者與個體的綠色工作價值觀沒有正相關,以及綠色工作價值觀對個體的工作選擇有正向影響。Many experts and researchers point out that green economy drives a new wave of economic growth. Since green business is new, many companies look for green product and workers with green work value to increase their competitiveness. In this study we discussed green work value of undergraduate and graduate students in Taiwan and the impact of green work value on their job choice. We investigated students from National Central University and from National Cheng Kung University as subjects of our study. The questionnaire used in this study comes from Dunlap and Van Liere(1978). We collected 607 usable questionnaires and used Independent sample t-test, and regression analysis to analyze these data. We found that: 1. younger students have more green work value; 2. there is no positive relationship between students who have studied green lessons and students who haven’t studied; 3. green work value has positive impact on job choice.
