本研究目的主要是了解移民至台灣的印尼籍女性工作者的工作滿意度,生活滿意度和人口變項間的關係。六項研究假設在研究中提出,並採用統計研究法來驗證,樣本資料來自於台灣各個不同城市,且284名樣本按照叢集樣本比例分配。 為了檢驗建構測量,採用因素分析法來進行效度分析和使用內部一致性(Cronbach’s Alpha)進行信度測試。在相關係數分析方面,單向變異數分析和迴歸分析被檢視去驗證研究假設,研究結果顯示教育背景沒有使每個樣本的工作滿意度和生活滿意度有造成差異;在另一方面,年資會對生活滿意度和工作滿意度造成差異。如同以往的研究,工作滿意度和生活滿意度的相關性有達顯著水準效果且並有正向關聯性,此外,工作滿意度對生活滿意度具有18.7%的解釋力,而工作滿意度在年資和生活滿意度間具有完全中介效果。The study is purposed to understand the relationship between job satisfaction, life satisfaction and demographic data among female Indonesian migrant workers in Taiwan. Six hypotheses are developed and survey methodology is adopted to test the hypotheses. Data collected from various cities in Taiwan and gathered 284 respondents with cluster sampling as proportioned. To measure the construct measurement, validity test by using factor analysis and reliability test by using internal consistency (Cronbach’s Alpha) were examined. Correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis examined to test the hypotheses. The findings indicated that education background is not making difference mean for each of job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. On other hand, working period give difference mean for job satisfaction and life satisfaction. Same with other previous studies, the correlation between job satisfaction and life satisfaction is positive and significant. Furthermore, job satisfaction explains 18.7% of life satisfaction and job satisfaction full mediated for working period to life satisfaction.
