為了探討業界對於以服務導向架構為基的RFID系統之使用者接受度、工作操作流程績效提升程度、實務適用性，本研究接續以服務導向架構為基發展無線射頻辨識系統並以企業資源規劃與物流應用情境為例之研究，以驗收測試流程為架構進行系統評估與深度訪談，說明比較服務導向架構為基的RFID系統應用於物流倉儲管理的三種情境，與一般業界在物流倉儲管理上之相異處，並以服務導向架構的特性及服務導向架構於業務作業所帶來之益處為基礎，設計訪談大綱。 經由系統評估，讓企業先進瞭解服務導向架構為基的RFID系統能彈性地將服務隨著業務需求嵌入，簡化企業日常作業流程，更透過獨立的模組化服務，減少企業系統的導入成本並解決新舊系統間整合困難度，提升系統的整合效率，有效地提升系統之擴展性，整理綜合出服務導向架構為基的RFID系統能夠提升資產再用性、提升業務作業彈性、降低系統整合成本、提升工作作業績效以及實務適用性佳等效益。 This thesis sought to continue the research on the practicality of the SOA-based RFID system. The purpose of this thesis is divided into three parts: firstly, to investigate industry’s acceptance of the SOA-based RFID system; secondly, the efficiency benefits SOA-based RFID system provides; and lastly, the consumer appreciation of the industries that adapt such method. Having the research on the concept of Service-Oriented Architecture-based Radio Frequency Identification system (SOA-based RFID system) , which focused on the scenario of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). To do so, the thesis will gather the evidence needed via an Acceptance Testing based in-depth interview. Such interview will be designed to incorporate the characteristic and benefits of SOA, and be implemented to explain the differences SOA-based RFID system has relative to other logistic managing systems in three scenarios. Through tests and interviews, pioneers who adapts the SOA-based RFID system sees the flexibility this system demonstrates, and its capability to fit services’ specific needs accordingly. The thesis will demonstrate the SOA-based RFID system’s strength in its capacity of streamlining daily operation, reduce the cost of transitioning old systems to new systems, efficiently enhance the expansion potential of the existing system. In conclusion, this thesis show core reasons adapting pioneers’ favor the SOA-based RFID system is because of its benefits in the aspects of asset reusability, operation flexibility, lowering integration cost, practicality, increasing efficiency and in various other aspects.
