    摘要:   發光二極體為台灣光電產業中最具競爭力產業之一,整體產業鏈完整並擁有製程技術之優勢。近年來,台灣雖已成為全球產量最高的國家,但因其中主要關鍵技術之專利權被少數國際大廠所持有,且核心技術來源多經由核心技術移轉之授權取得,無法擁有技術自主權以創造高附加價值。台灣發光二極體產業於全球整體產業鏈中屬後進者,若能配合本身產業特性與優勢,藉由關鍵技術評選找出台灣發光二極體產業最適發展競爭優勢之核心技術領域及其方向,進而建立自主之技術能力,無疑是讓產業持續發展的關鍵所在。   本研究內容包含:(1)利用模糊層級分析法,建構發光二極體關鍵技術之評選準則與技術選擇方案模型,透過專家問卷進一步找出影響現在與未來發光二極體產業發展之關鍵技術。(2)利用專利分析找出持有關鍵技術之廠商。研究結果顯示,專家最重視技術利益性的考量,其次為技術特性以及技術風險性;此外,LED磊晶技術為專家認為影響產業發展之關鍵技術。最後,依據專利分析得出前十五名持有關鍵技術之單位廠商,並分析其過往技術合作經驗提出技術取得之建議。本研究結果除可提供政府與業者,使其瞭解關鍵技術之評選準則與核心技術所在,進一步更可作為政策擬訂、技術投資與獲取上的參考依據。   Having completely industrial chain and superior production technologies, LED is one of the most competitive industries in Taiwan. In recent years, despite the fact that Taiwan has been the top output country worldwide, the patent of the key technologies are hold by few international well-known companies, and the origin of these core technologies often acquired through the shift with authorization, Taiwan therefore cannot possess dominant authority of technologies to create its highly additional value.   LED industry in Taiwan is the follower of the worldwide entirely industrial chain. If it can co-operate with the industrial characteristic and advantages, with the election of key technologies to find out the optimal core technique field and to develop its competitive superiority, then to build our dominant technological ability. It is no doubt the whole point of persistent development of LED industry. This research includes: (1) Use Fuzzy A.H.P. method to build the electing standard of LED key technologies and the model of selection, then through the specialist questionnaire to obtain further understanding and find out the present and future influential key technologies to LED development. (2) Use patent analysis to find out the company which obtains the key technologies.   The result of this survey exhibits; specialists take account of the technological profit the most, followed by the technological character and technological risk. Furthermore, LED epitaxial technologies are regarded as the key technologies of the industrial development. Lastly, according to the analysis from specialists to obtain the top15 companies with key technologies, and analyze their technological cooperated experiences to provide proposition for obtaining technologies.
