文化創意產業目前逐漸被世界各國認為是國家政策和地方經濟的主要動力。近幾年,在文化創意產業趨勢發展潮流下,大量獨特的文化創意商品出現在市場上,以因應現代消費者心靈上的需求。品牌授權是其中常見的商業做法之一,藉由異業合作之結合補齊自身之不足,整合跨產業的資源。 本研究透過深度訪談與次級資料的收集進行質化的探索性研究,探討個案不同操作策略及其結果。根據研究架構及訪談所得資訊,充份了解文創產業品牌授權所創造的經濟效益與其經驗,進而歸納出文化創意產業品牌授權之關鍵經營因素及產業相關特性 研究問題如下: 1. 了解文化創意產業品牌授權的類型與定義 2. 文化創意產業品牌授權之模式與效益 3. 文化創意產業品牌授權之關鍵因素 The cultural creative industry has come to be recognized as key drivers of state policies and local economy all over the world at present. Under the development trend, large number of unique and cultural goods appears to the market to cater to the consumer's spiritual demand. Brand licensing is one of the common business practices. It could supplement one's own deficiency by other related corporation, and integrate the resources among the related industries. By in-depth interviews and information collection, this research focuses on exploring operational strategies and statistical results with respect of case study.
