本研究檢測研發職能地圖中各項核心指標,對於高科技研發人員之執行力與工作績效之影響。本研究期望藉由實證結果,有效輔助管理者進行有關研發人員之擢升、培訓與遴選等人力資源相關決策。 本研究以高科技產業之研發人員為樣本對象,初步回收61份問卷,在刪除無效問卷6份後,總計有效樣本為55份;針對有效樣本分別進行敘述性統計分析、變異數分析、相關分析與複迴歸分析,藉此檢測研發職能地圖中之核心能力(包含:創新能力、執行力、組織氣候、內控傾向)對於其工作績效之影響。 實證結果發現,研發職能地圖中之創新能力、組織氣候與內控傾向對於工作績效有直接與間接(指透過中介變數執行力)的正向影響,也就是說當研發人員具備上述特地核心能力時,將有助於提昇工作績效表現。 This study investigates the influences of the core indicators in the R&D competency map on the execution and the performance of R&D workers in high-tech industry. This study expects that those empirical results can provide managers more accurate information to make human resources decisions related to promotion, job training, recruitment, and etc. In this study, 61 questionnaires are collected from R&D workers in high-tech industry. After excluding some ineffective questionnaires, there are 55 sample observations. By using the descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis, this study examines the impact of R&D competency map (including of creativity, execution, organization climate, and internal locus of control) on the performance. The empirical results show that creativity, organization climate and internal locus of control have significantly positive influence on the performance. That is, these core competencies are helpful for improving the performance of R&D workers.
