太陽能產業由於產業集中度偏低,仍屬發展整併中的產業。目前市占率最高之第一代太陽能電池存有原料價格波動、回收能源期過長等缺點使得太陽能產業難有穩定成長。現階段太陽能產業之新興技術研發主要朝向改良轉換效率、新興材料與薄膜技術等三個方向發展。在此產業情境下,這些以技術為競爭基礎的太陽能企業依賴更新現有的技術資源和開發新技術來保持競爭力和企業成長。因此在有限的資金前提下,選擇何種技術與技術獲取模式進行發展,將成為企業必須處理之決策問題。 過去研究中,技術評選議題由於各項技術之原料與製程不同,通常透過多準則決策中的模糊層級分析法歸納出結論。本研究除以過往文獻為評選架構基礎外,並透過產、研、學界等三方意見的整合,進行太陽能核心技術評選架構的建立;再透過專家問卷收集此三方專家之意見,以模糊層級分析法整合,尋找出未來三至五年內具發展潛能的太陽能產業關鍵技術。最後,進一步了解在此關鍵技術領域內之持有廠商,透過最適當的技術獲取模式取得使用權以建立自主之技術能力。 Solar industry as its low industrial concentration is still developing in the industry. The highest market share product is the first generation photovoltaic, but it still has problems with fluctuations in raw material prices and long period of recycling energy. These weaknesses make Solar industry difficult to have a Steady growth. The research of next generation photovoltaic technology is towards to increase Energy conversion efficiency, new materials or using thin-film technology. In Solar industry, most solar companies rely on updating their technology and developing new technology to keep their competition and business growth. In limited resource, using which technology and technology acquisition type will become a decision problem in business. In pass research technology selection problem usually use Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, one of the Multiple Criteria Decision-Making methods, to generalize their conclusion. In this paper, our selecting structure is based on literature and tries to combine the experts’ opinions who work in industry, developed and academic. By collecting expert Questionnaire and using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to generalize their opinion we could find out the key technology in solar industry. After understanding the companies in key technology area, Taiwan companies could use the optimum technology acquisition type to acquisition right to use and build independent technical capacity
