    Abstract: 當今的企業強調的已經不是個人的耀眼表現,而是團隊工作,團隊合作是一種透過他人的成功來實現自己的能力,團隊是現在通用的組織的一大特色,越來越多的團隊創造了組織的價值及利益,團隊是現代組織的運作型態。 從高效能的團隊績效的關鍵因數中探討團隊領導人的領導行為對團隊績效的影響,本研究先針對團隊任務導向及人際支持導向的領導行為對團隊績效的影響,繼而分析如果加入團隊型態的調節變項是不是產生不同的績效,研究(轉換型領導)任務及人際支持的兩種領導行為在科技製造產業最常使用的兩種團隊型態(工作及專案團隊)是否有不同層次績效。 本研究結果在實務上,能為科技製造公司在以不同的類型的團隊,了解領導行為對團隊績效的影響,並找出不同型態團隊的情境下,怎樣的領導行為可以創造更高的團隊績效。藉以讓組織架構以團隊為核心的企業如何讓領導型態為與團隊結構設計的互動的模式中找出最佳的關係,以創造團隊的協作能力,為共同的價值觀而努力,創造的優質團隊、提昇企業競爭優勢。 Individual's outstanding performance is no longer occupying the center stage focus in today’s enterprises, but team work is. Team work is an ability to achieve self fulfillment through the success of others which is the feature characteristic for modern organization. More and more high performing teams in an organization setting have proven the value and benefits of adapting team work function in modern organization setting. In this study we discuss the key factors of highly effective team performance by examining the effects of leadership behavior of the team leader on team performance. Firstly the study examine on the effects of leadership behavior on team performance of team task-orientated and interpersonal support oriented respectively; then we further analyze how performance may changes from one to another by adding team type as the performance moderator; and finally we examine whether the leadership behavior of transitional leadership and interpersonal support has an impact on team performance in technology and manufacture industries. This study result may help the team leaders of technology manufacturing companies and different type of teams to understand the impact of leadership on team performance and to identify under the context of different teams how leadership can facilitate higher team performance. Enterprises that applying team as the core structure of their organization may identify the best relationship through the interaction between leadership styles and team structure design, which will facilitate the team collaboration capabilities that working towards common values to enhance the quality of team and organizational competitiveness advantage.
