現在的企業除了希望他們的員工必須具備高度的專業知識及技術能力之外,最好還要擁有良好的情緒智力(Emotional Intelligence, EI),甚至有些主管認為情緒智力比智商更具有職場的競爭力,特別是以服務為導向的工作屬性,情緒智力常常成為企業用人的重要考量。本研究即在探討情緒智力對於員工工作動機、工作滿意及工作績效的影響,並以目前實際從事人力資源工作的人員為研究對象。研究方法以問卷方式,共調查了282位受訪者,由統計分析結果顯示,人力資源工作者的情緒智力對他們的工作動機、工作滿意及工作績效具有正向的影響性。本文最後並提出研究建議,以供企業內部在人力資源工作者甄選、發展之參考。 Besides professional knowledge, well experience and core competence, companies nowadays would expect their employees possess an excellent Emotional Intelligence(EI), some managers even treat EI more competitive than Intelligence Quotient (IQ) in occupation especially in service-oriented companies like banking, airline industry etc., EI is used to be considered as employment measurement. In this research, those effects to Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Job Performance that were caused by Emotional Intelligence will be addressed; moreover, employees that are currently working as Human Resource workers were set as research targets. The methodology is to apply quantitative questionnaires to investigate 282 targets, the statistic result shows that there is a positive correlation in EI’s effect and Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, as well as Job Performance. In the end of this research, it is recommended that the finding of this research could be the reference for companies when they do Human Resource recruit audition and training.
