    Abstract: 觸控面板產業近兩三年來蓬勃發展,在面對產業全球的競爭、挑戰與衝擊下,企業正面臨了激烈的國際性競爭,造成利潤不斷地下滑。以往企業對企業之間的競爭,如今已轉變成為供應鏈對供應鏈之間的競爭。而原料採購成本佔生產總成本的比例甚高,所以企業如果要大幅降低生產總成本,必須考慮供應商選擇與採購管理策略。在供應鏈管理的衝擊下,供應商與買方之間的關係從傳統的敵對關係,轉變為更密切合作的夥伴關係。供應商仍扮演供應鏈管理中的最基本單元,其素質優劣也是整個供應鏈管理成敗的關鍵因素所在。所以供應商的選擇與採購管理策略為觸控面板產業供應鏈管理領域中的一個重要的議題。 本研究中採用個案分析法,目的是要探討一關於觸控面板製造業者,如何進行評選其供應商與採購管理策略的模式。並以供應鏈管理、採購管理及供應商管理之文獻為基礎,探討此產業中日本技術轉移的一家個案公司,研究其供應商選擇與採購策略管理的方法,並探討其在供應商選擇與採購策略管理架構。而在供應商選擇上,個案公司以考核項目並輔以權重計分方式,對供應商進行選擇與評量工作,希望本研究在此議題上,有一更深入之探討與分析。 另外,在評估項目的選取上,以 Dickson(1966)、Lehmann and O’Shaughnessy (1974)、Ellram(1990)、Weber et al.(1991)等學者們的供應商選擇指標及Leenders et al.(1989)的採購管理策略研究,做一較深入的比較分析。 最後,期望此一研究結果對觸控面板產業在供應商評量及採購管理策略上有更深入的剖析,而在實務應用上亦能供其他產業參考。In this study, using the case analysis, the purpose is to explore that the touch panel manufacturers how to evaluate and select suppliers with procurement strategy model. This study reviews the relative literatures on the subject of supply chain management and procurement management to discuss the company which transfers from Japanese technology. In the supplier selection and measurement, the case company makes supplier selection by evaluating supplier product and performance capabilities. And then continuously measure and manage supplier performance. In addition, the supplier selection indicators refer to Dickson (1966), Lehmann and O'Shaughnessy (1974), Ellram (1990), Weber et al. (1991) as well as Leenders’ procurement strategic management to do a depth comparative analysis. The results show that firms must adopt different supplier strategies based on their business strategies in order to improve the performance.
