本研究目的在探討工作家庭措施的感知是否會影響工作滿意度,而知覺組織支持是否為其中重要的中介變項。 研究採問卷調查法,對象為台灣上市櫃公司的員工,依目的取樣對象為43家公司共發出1044份問卷,回收980份有效回收率為92.6%,透過信度分析、一致性分析及回歸分析,來探討變數間的關係,以驗證本研究的假設。 從研究結果顯示,(1)工作家庭措施感知與工作滿意度有顯著的正向關係,(2)知覺組織支持也有部份中介效果,所以設定的兩個假設都成立。 本研究的貢獻在於研究對於組織所提供的工作家庭措施的感知是會影響到其工作滿意度,且知覺組織支持其使用的感知也有影響到其對於工作滿意的正向關係,此為台灣的企業在推行工作家庭措施或是期望增加員工工作滿意度時,可作為參考的依據。 ;This study aims to investigate the perception of work-family practice perceive will affect job satisfaction, and perceived organizational support whether one important mediator. Study used questionnaires targeting Taiwan listed company′s employees, according to the purpose of the sample object 43 companies issued a total of 1044 questionnaires were distributed 980 copies of the effective rate of 92.6%, through the reliability analysis, consistency analysis and regression analysis to explore the relationship between the variables, in order to verify the hypothesis of this study. Results from the study showed that (1) perceived work-family measures have significant positive relationship with job satisfaction, (2) perceived organizational support is also part of the mediating effect, so set two assumptions are true. Contribution of this research is to study the organization for work-family practice perceive will affect their job satisfaction and perceived organizational support its use also affect the perception of its positive relationship to job satisfaction, this Taiwanese enterprises in implementing the work-family practice perceive, or expect to increase employee job satisfaction can be used as a reference basis.
