本論文主要目的在彙整過去相關文獻的研究,以及近年員工對工作與生活間平衡的重視之趨勢,藉由問卷調查及統計分析的結果,驗證工作生活平衡、工作滿意度與組織承諾之間的相關性,除了彼此倆倆間的相關,並以工作滿意度為中介變項進行探討,再就分析結果進行討論及管理意涵之說明。 本次問卷共計回收262份,有效問卷258份,無效問卷4份,採用信度分析、相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法,來進行研究分析,希望藉由本研究之實證結果,以提供管理者在管理策略上之參考運用。 本研究的主要研究結果為: 1.工作生活平衡與工作滿意度具有正向顯著影響。 2.工作滿意度與組織承諾具有正向顯著影響。 3.工作生活平衡與組織承諾具有正向顯著影響。 4.工作滿意度對工作生活平衡與組織承諾具有中介效果。 ;In the collection of past research literature main purpose of this paper, and the trend in recent years among the staff of the importance of work-life balance, the results of the survey and by statistical analysis to verify the work-life balance, job satisfaction and organizational commitment relevance, in addition to the two inter-related both to each other and to job satisfaction as a mediator conducted to explore further description of the results of the analysis carried out on the discussion and managerial implications are clear.
The total recovery of 262 questionnaires, 258 valid questionnaires copies invalid questionnaires four, using reliability analysis, correlation analysis and statistical methods such as regression analysis, to conduct research and analysis, I hope by the empirical results of this study, in order to provide managers reference to the use of strategic management.
The main findings of this study are: 1 work-life balance and job satisfaction has a positive significant effect. 2 job satisfaction and organizational commitment have significant positive impact. 3 work-life balance and organizational commitment have significant positive impact. 4 job satisfaction and organizational commitment to work-life balance as a mediator.
