摘要:	決策是面對問題時解決問題的一系列過程。探索決策過程可以瞭解在策略選擇時，價值觀對於決策者做選擇的影響。與價值研究相關的理論被稱為價值論，是探討價值定義及如何衡量價值的理論。從價值論的探討可以理解人們普遍用主觀的方式進行事件的評價，其中難免會因為個人主觀價值的偏誤而使決策不周延，導致結果不如預期。故如何將主觀與客觀價值做結合，發展出更全面的價值衡量模式，解決因為價值觀不同而產生的決策問題是本研究所要探討的重點。本研究採用紮根理論研究法，資料來源為文獻調查，其中蒐集的資料包括國內外決策及價值研究相關文獻。藉由資料的蒐集、彙整、分析，從中產生出更全面的價值理論，並按照紮根理論的研究流程進行理論探討，驗證理論之可行性。　　本研究之研究目的與結論如下：一、探討並建立可行的價值衡量模式　　藉由探討效用價值論及統一價值論，分別從主觀及客觀的角度找出價值衡量的方法。利用此方法可以找出主、客觀價值觀之交集(價值本質)，並定義出各種價值觀所代表的價值，從而建立全面性的價值衡量模式。二、驗證價值衡量模式之可行性　　藉由探討社會事件及企業事件之實際案例，從中驗證價值衡量在進行價值定義的邏輯性及衡量各事件價值之可行性。三、應用價值衡量模式解決決策問題及價值衝突　　經過驗證後之價值衡量模式，可應用在各層面之決策過程的價值衡量及解決因價值觀不同所產生的價值衝突。 ;Decision-making process means a series of process about solving problems. According to the research of decision-making process, the step of choosing strategies that was deeply infected by values and found. The researchs of value which engage in defining and measuring values are called value theory. According to the research of value theory, people tend to make evaluations subjectively, and this tendency leads to a bias expectation decision. As a result, the key value of this thesis is to combine subjective-value and objective-value to develop a comprehensive value-measured model to solve the problem of decision-making and value conflict. This research used the method of grounding theory and fund more comprehensive value theory by data collecting, archiving and analyzing, then verifies the value theory by the process of grounding theory. The purposes and conclusions of this research are: 1.To research and establish value-measured model. This research is based on utility-value theory and uni-value theory to create a value-measured method. By finding out the intersection of subjective values and objective values and defining the value classifications, a value-measured model is established. 2. To verify the value-measured model. To verify the feasibilities and logic of value-measured model in value classification by studying social cases and enterprise cases. 3.To apply value-measured model to resolve decision-making problems and value conflicts. The value-measured model can be applied to the value-measured process of decision-making and solving value conflicts when encountering different values .
