本研究目的主要瞭解越南新娘在台灣的勞動參與。本研究中提出三個假設並且採取統計研究法來驗證,樣本收集資料來自台灣各省市,包括台北市、新北市、新竹、桃園、台南及高雄;其中收到194個樣本來進行研究。 本研究以邏輯回歸分析為主要研究方法。研究結果指出家庭背景、人力資本對就業狀況有影響。另外,工作特質對專職意願也有影響。其中,中文能力、在台時間、小孩年齡、家庭支持對就業狀況有正向影響而先生身體狀況、先生收入、先生教育程度、做家事時間對就業狀況有負向影響。關於專職意願,工作特質對工作意願有負向影響。 關鍵字:就業狀況、人力資本、越籍新娘、家庭背景、工作特質、專職意願 ;This study examines the employment status and turnover intention of Vietnamese Immigrant Brides in Taiwan. Three hypotheses are developed and survey methodology is adopted to test the hypotheses. Data was colletec form various cities in Taiwan, included Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Tainan and Kaohsiung and there are 194 observations collected. A logistic regression model was adopted as estimation method. The estimation result indicate that the human capital and family background are all significant in determing the employment status of Vietnamese Immigrant Bride and current job attribue is the determinant of their turnover intention. In particularly, language proficiency variable and month since migration variable, the age of the youngest child variable, whether obtain family encourage to work variable have positive impact on employment status while husband’s health status and husband’ salary variable, husband education level variable, duration of doing housework variable have negative impact on employment status. Job type variable and whether being respected at work variable have negative impact on turnover intention.
